Exercise routine (When I was not serious about it) :-
First week.… I want to do it…. I will do my best….
Second week…. It is really difficult…. Omg….
Third week.… It is not working….
Fourth week…. I think, I need a break…. This is not for me….
Ha… Ha…. Have you experienced such situations???
We all know exercise is good for our health…. But sometimes we lose our patience very easily…. I don’t think that hourglass shape will be any matter in our life…. Its a thought of someone…. A human being…. So just ignore it…. And also, I don’t believe good shape describes our life….
The most important thing is being a good person…..

WHY EXERCISE IS IMPORTANT IN OUR LIFE
- It improves mood and make you happy. Therefore it is good for your heart also.
- It boosts your energy level.
- It is good for your muscles and bones.
HOW TO CHOOSE THE EXERCISE SUITABLE FOR YOU
Everyone should have their own choice of selecting exercises they want to do…. It depends on your heart’s desire….
Many people do exercise to shape particular parts of their body…. Many people do it for better health…. Others do it for recovery from some diseases…. So it is our heart that decides everything…. But one thing you must be sure is that regular exercise is important for our body….
Nowadays, there are various types of exercises like yoga, Pilates, etc… So you can choose the exercises that suits you. I usually like doing Pilates….
On choosing the exercises, you must think about your physical strength of your body. For example…. If you have problem with your back, then you should not have to take exercises that gives pain to your back….
If you are following exercises from YouTube, then you must hear the details also. Good vloggers will definitely explain the body parts that are affected by the exercise and what impact that make in your health, etc… They will also describe the methods to avoid difficulties in your health…. If you have an instructor in the gym, then you must discuss these things with them….
KEEP THE PATIENCE
This is an important thing that everyone must know….
Never give up….
You must be ready to face the fact that exercise is a journey.… You may experience good and bad situations…. But try to work on your mental health to initiate your daily workout routine….
So make exercise a part of your lifestyle….
